Do you take my insurance?
- Most likely YES! We accept all major insurance carriers including Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare.
How much do I have to pay?
- That depends on your insurance. Your insurance company will tell us what we need to charge you. Usually, you will only pay the copay indicated by your insurance company or a percentage toward your deductible.
What do I have to bring to be seen?
- Insurance companies require us to verify your identity with picture ID and an up to date Insurance card.
What is the average self-pay cost?
- The self-pay cost for a sick visit will range from $100 (examination and prescription) to up to $250 (laceration repairs, abscess removal, x-rays, etc). Our average self-pay visit is between $100-$150 a visit. Rest assured, at Affinity Urgent Care, we will always discuss the cost PRIOR to performing the treatment and include you in the decision making process of your visit.
