To Our Galveston Community,

After many years of caring for our neighbors and serving the healthcare needs of Galveston County, Affinity Urgent Care will be permanently closing our Galveston location on November 26, 2025. This decision was not made lightly, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us over the years.

Please know that this transition affects only our Galveston clinic. Our Texas City/La Marque and Alvin Affinity Urgent Care locations will remain open and continue to be available to provide the quality care you expect from us.

It has been our honor to support you and your families, and we want to thank our patients, partners, and dedicated staff for being part of our journey. Your support has meant everything to us.
