April showers bring May flowers, and also sneezes. With spring arriving here are three tips from Better Health that can help defeat, or at least minimize, seasonal allergies.
Put those shades on when you’re outdoors. Sunglasses protect your eyes against more than just the sun. They’ll keep dust and other irritants out.
Shower and wash your hair before bedtime. This helps remove any pollen clinging to you overnight and prevents it from aggravating your symptoms.
Keep your doors and windows closed. Allergens don’t need much of an invitation to “intrude”. Run the air conditioning if you need to cool down.
